Tuan Minh Pham

Tuan Minh Pham is a statistical physicist with great interest in complex adaptive systems with multiple timescales, including biological adaptation, learning dynamics and social networks. In September 2024, he joined the Dutch institute for emergent phenomena DIEP as a research fellow to help understand the interplay between polarisation, segregation and inequality in the Dutch society. Before that, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Niels Bohr Institute, until May 2024.

He received his doctor’s degree in September 2021 following thesis research in complex networks at the Section for Science of Complex Systems of the Medical University of Vienna and joined the CSH as postdoc between October 2021 and May 2022. Tuan was previously trained in theoretical physics at the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris and Belgorod National Research University in Russia.
