Sándor Juhász

Former Researcher

Sándor Juhász was a Marie Sklodowska Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at the Complexity Science Hub from October 2022 until the end of September 2024. He holds a PhD in economic geography from Utrecht University (2019) and a PhD in economics from the University of Szeged (2020).

Before moving to Vienna, he was a PostDoc at the Laboratory for Networks, Technology and Innovation, Corvinus University of Budapest, and at the Agglomeration and Social Networks Research Lab, Hungarian Academy of Sciences.

Sándor’s main research interests are the dynamics of collaboration networks, the geography of innovation, and networks of urban agglomerations. At CSH, he primarily worked on data-driven projects involving spatial and network data to understand social and economic processes. He studied the geographic and economic patterns of money flow between firms, industries, and regions.
