Rintaro Karashima is a first-year master’s student in the Graduate School of Information Science at the University of Hyogo, under the supervision of Professor Hiroyasu Inoue. His research focuses on quantifying and analyzing the complexity of corporate-technology networks for cross-country comparisons. By utilizing tools such as patent data, mathematical modeling, and network science, he aims to understand the potential impact of these networks on various industries.

During his undergraduate studies from 2020 to 2024, where he earned a degree in Social Information Science from the University of Hyogo, he extensively engaged in large-scale data analysis and marketing problem-solving using machine learning and statistical analysis.
