Romain Rossello is a sixth-year PhD Candidate in Finance at HEC Paris. His research interests include Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Blockchain Economics as well as Corporate Governance, and Corporate Finance. His research tries to understand the economic mechanisms driving the corporate finance of DeFi. From April to June 2026, he visited the University of Washington Foster School of Business, hosted by Professor Doron Levit. Before his PhD, he earned a Master of Science in Deep Learning and Statistical Modelling from Télécom SudParis (IP Paris).
