Robert is a PhD student at the University of Barcelona affiliated with UBICS (Universitat de Barcelona Institute of Complex Systems). His research is focused on the emerging field of Network Geometry, particularly on the development of model-based mapping tools for embedding real networks in their underlying geometric space. He is also interested in bridging the gap between network science and machine learning. He holds a BSc in applied physics and an MSc in data science and complex systems from the Warsaw University of Technology.
