Josefine Bohr Brask is a postdoctoral researcher at the Behavioural Ecology Group, University of Copenhagen, and affiliated with SODAS (Copenhagen Center for Social Data Science). Before that, she was in the Social Complexity Lab, Technical University of Denmark, and the Centre for Research in Animal Behaviour, University of Exeter. She works across the fields of social behaviour, behavioural ecology and network science, with social networks as the central theme. Using both computer modelling and real-world data, she studies how social network structures emerge from the behaviour of individuals, and how the structures affect individuals and populations. She also develops methods for the study of social networks.
