Jett Hollister earned a BSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Duke University. After graduating, he worked as a data scientist in the industry and later as Co-Founder & CTO of Skygaze, where he developed a custom social feed for Bluesky and grew it to 900K monthly users.

His current research uses LLMs and Bluesky data to validate opinion dynamics models empirically. He is also interested in broader applications of complexity and network science in studying social and information systems.
