Gregor Zens is affiliated with the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), where he is part of the Population and Just Societies (POPJUS) program. His research focuses on statistical modeling of social phenomena, especially human mobility. He holds a Ph.D. in economics specializing in Bayesian econometrics from WU Vienna. Previously, he worked at the Bocconi Institute for Data Science and Analytics and the Department of Statistics and Mathematics at WU Vienna.
