Georges Andres

Georges Andres’ research delves into the dynamics of complex systems, examining how structural and temporal patterns shape interactions within them. He seeks to uncover the hidden mechanisms behind sparsity, critical transitions, and polyadic interactions in real-world systems by leveraging models such as hypergraphs, temporal networks, and zero-inflated frameworks. Currently, he is working on a project at the Chair of Systems Design at ETH Zurich that maps global pharmaceutical supply chains and quantifies their resilience. He completed my PhD at the Chair of Systems Design in 2024, following a Master’s in Physics from ETH Zurich.
