Florian Schwendinger, is a Policy Officer at the Austrian Federal Ministry for Innovation, Mobility and Infrastructure working at the nexus of governance system innovation, evidence-informed policy, transformative innovation and research policy.

He designs and advises on the institutional conditions and approaches that help governance systems think, learn, and act more wisely and trustworthy.

He is also a thinker, designer and activist, in the field of Future of European Democracy with in-depth experience in EU policy and politics across the institutional landscape (European Parliament, European Commission JRC).
