Flavio Brandoli, Visiting Student at the Complexity Science Hub

Flavio has been a visiting student at the Complexity Science Hub since April 2025.

His research interests focus on the application of game theory and network theory to the modeling of socio-economic systems, such as cities. Flavio joined the Urban Sustainability research group to conduct his master’s thesis project, which involves developing a null model for urban spatial inequalities by combining agent-based modeling (ABM), cellular automata (CA), and game theory.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Bologna and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Physics of Complex Systems at the Politecnico di Torino.
