In a series of special Tuesday Talk sessions, we are inviting our CSH faculty to share their research and leadership philosophies, as well as their views on the goals, benefits, and challenges of an independent research career and strategies to navigate these. The sessions invite students and postdocs to broaden their perspective on the ways in which one can be a “leader”, and to begin to define their own identity as a researcher. The sessions do not have a fixed format. Participants are encouraged to bring questions.
