Election forensic analysis of the Turkish Constitutional Referendum 2017

Peter Klimek, Raul Jimenez, Manuel Hidalgo, Abraham Hinteregger, and Stefan Thurner took a closer look at the data regarding the electorial behavior during the constitutional referendum of April 16, 2017, in Turkey and found that there was large enough influence of vote distortions to tip the overall balance from 'No' to a majority of 'Yes' votes.
